Finding

Peter's King Philip's War service and 1676 death

Peter Gurney, John Gurney-1's youngest documented son, served as a soldier in Captain Isaac Johnson's company, surviving the Narragansett campaign's Great Swamp Fight of 19 December 1675, and was killed later in the war, in 1676.
