Bodge: Peter Gurney, Capt. Isaac Johnson's company, Dedham muster 1675
George Madison Bodge's roll of King Philip's War soldiers lists "Peeter Gurnay" under Weymouth in Captain Isaac Johnson's company, mustered at Dedham on 10 December 1675 for the Narragansett campaign, and absent from that company's list of the Great Swamp Fight's December 1675 dead and wounded.

- Supports Finding Peter's King Philip's War service and 1676 deathBodge's muster and casualty-list entries are the primary record of Peter's service and survival of the Fort Fight.
