Analysis
The baptism date sits a year or two before the parents' marriage
Entry E's estimated date of about 1609/10 may precede the 23 September 1611 marriage of Francis and Margaret by a year or two. Two readings absorb this: the register's ±2-year margin puts the entry within reach of the wedding, or John was born before his parents married, which was common enough in the period to pass without remark. Neither is forced, and the tension is real rather than fatal.
